News - As of July 2004, Choconut Township has adopted the Uniform Construction Code, this program will be administered by the Code enforcement office of the Council of Governments (COG) office in New Milford. There have been several changes made recently to this law and the supervisors will answer any questions you have relative to what is covered and what is not. Please start the permit application process by first calling your supervisors at 553-2780.
