This Plan was prepared by the staff of Shepstone Management Company in cooperation with the Choconut Township Board of Supervisors and Choconut Township Planning Commission.
This Comprehensive Plan is intended to offer a concise description of Choconut Township and its needs as of 1998. It also, of course, looks beyond to the twenty-first century and is designed to provide a policy framework for the Township as it faces the future.
