CHOCONUT TOWNSHIP BOARD OF AUDITORS MEETING

JANUARY 4, 2010

The Choconut Township Board of Auditors met for their reorganizational meeting, immediately following the reorganizational meeting of the Choconut Township Supervisors in the township meeting room. Chairperson Roger Doolittle called the meeting to order. All three auditors, Roger Doolittle, Shirley Kelly and John Meehan were present.

Election of Officers

A motion was made by John Meehan and seconded by Shirley Kelly to elect Roger Doolittle to the position of Chairperson of the Board of Auditors.

A motion was made by John Meehan and seconded by Roger Doolittle to elect Shirley Kelly to be the Secretary of the Board.

Supervisor’s Pay

A motion was made by Roger Doolittle, seconded by John Meehan and unanimously carried by the board to keep the pay for the supervisors, in their capacity as utility workers and equipment operators, to $13.00 per hour.

Date of Annual Audit

A motion was made by Roger Doolittle, seconded by Shirley Kelly and

unanimously carried by the board to set the date of the annual audit to be on Saturday,

January 23, 2010 at 6:30 p.m. at the township meeting room.

Adjournment

There being no additional business to be discussed, a motion was made by Roger Doolittle, seconded by John Meehan and unanimously carried by the board to adjourn the meeting.
